• Supplier Accounts: For freelancers and service providers offering their services

3.3 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. AI Services and Limitations

4.1 AI-Generated Content

• Our AI services generate content based on your inputs and conversations
• AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain inaccuracies
• You should review and verify all AI-generated content before use

4.2 Service Limitations

• AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated content
• The service may experience downtime or interruptions

4.3 User Input Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide

5. Quota System and Payments

• Free projects do not consume quotas; paid projects consume 1 quota unit when saved
• Quota limits vary by subscription tier

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees

• Unused quotas do not carry over between billing periods

• Disputes between clients and suppliers should be resolved directly between parties
